Customer survey at the Hanover trade fair

Customer satisfaction is our first priority – so we are interested to hear what our customers are thinking about our products and services and which areas can still be optimized.

At the Hanover trade fair, we asked our customers about their opinion on our on-time delivery, product quality, innovation, support with technical problems, availability, and about our trade fair presentation – we were very pleased about the results!

The average score of 1.46 for the quality of our products shows that it’s worth to pay special attention to professionalism and precision in planning, development right through to the end product itself.

And despite a very satisfactory overall score of 1.8, we found, based on the evaluation of the customer ratings, areas that we would like to make even more comfortable and attractive for you.
