Our plastic moulding department works with the most modern machines. Here are some examples from our competence fields:

The tools we use are constructed, built and maintained by our toolmaking department. This ensures the maximum durability of customer tools we use.

Moulding
Subsequently to a repair or within a new production of an injection moulding tool it is necessary to carry out a sampling.
This is possible at any time, thanks to the closeness of our plastics technology department. We have 23 modern injection moulding machines with a locking force between 250 KN and 3500 KN at our factory in Sárvár.
Sampling of tools is not a problem with this technical equipment and loss of time through shifting of tools can be minimized.

Product examples

PROVERTHA – Standard programme

PROVERTHA is producer of many different plastic moulding products. The appropriate tools are usually developed in our construction department and built by our toolmaking department.

Our production mainly uses modern Battenfeld moulding machines which are equipped with a robot if needed.

Our programme ranges from D-Sub insulating material to hoods, cable grommets up to dummy plug.

These products are offered in different colours and can me metallized if requested.

This programme is rounded off with full metal hoods with accessories from our own production.

PROVERTHA – Contract Manufacturing

Beside our standard delivery programme we also mould a number of semi-manufactured goods which are usually needed for customer-related contract manufacturing.

Here our spectrum ranges from connection housing for special cable connectors from the aeronautic field up to products from glossy polished tools from the housewares electronics field. Please understand that we can not show any details here.

Of course we are also constantly trying to extend our product range.
