Production of complete assembly groups and devices is done in our factories in Hungary. Our customers profit from the experience and competence in our other departments. All assemblies fulfill the demands of TS16949. The use of FMEA and Six Sigma tools for elimination of errors and permanent optimization of all processes are part of our assembly and quality principles.

Our logistics ensures the availability of the components with our modern PPS system and plans assemblies in a way to ensure maximum flexibility with shortest delivery times.

Process and product development

Modern CAD software enables us to construct products for our customers in 3D and plan an optimal assembly.

Series production

We organize ambitious serial productions for our customers. The production is economically and qualitatively planned and realised in the best possible way.

Component assembly

Plastics assembly, together with ambitious processing, gives our customers maximum economic use. Service, maintenance and further development of factory equipment are further advantages for our customers.

Assembly of variations and smaller series

Assembly of variations, which often have to be produced mostly manually, are organised with modern workstations with regard to Poka Yoke views. That way, we achieve highest quality also with manual works.

Our contract manufacturing projects are organised by our high quality standard. By consequently using TS 16949 and the ideas from Six Sigma World like FMEA, we guarantee constant improvement of these products and processes.

Our development department and project engineers take your concepts and realise these in tangible products. With efficient tool making and our own fully automatic injection moulding lines we produce your parts.

Then we manufacture your high quality assemblies in our low cost production plants in Hungary and so pass on a considerable competitive advantage to you. A quality assurance system certified to QS 9000 guarantees a consistent and high product quality.

Our professional logistics organisation includes transportation between Germany and our plants in Hungary. Customer service and product delivery from Germany or through your local Provertha sales partner.

Provertha has big warehouses in Pforzheim and at the locations in Hungary which share a PPS system which allows tracking of goods at any time. For a swift collection of entries we use a solution which registers goods movements by barcode and reports them to the central PPS system wirelessly.

Our regular factory traffic carries out the goods transports between the locations, but we also deliver directly to the customers when requested. At the moment we have several smaller vehicles and 3 modern double decker vehicles of the MB-Actros series. Any of these vehicles has a net load of about 19 to. and a storage space of 72 europalets.

With this technical equipment we consider ourselves well prepared for our future tasks. The automated booking system allows the tracking of goods and the continuous OTIF-tracing ensures permanent improvement of our delivery date performance.
