Our delivery terms are EX WORKS and include packaging. All prices are net. PROVERTHA bases its other terms on the general terms prevailing in the electronic industry for manufactured articles and services. These terms will already be known to you. If not, please inform us and we will send you a copy.

The majority of PROVERTHA articles are available from stock and can be delivered to our customers at short notice.
Furthermore, we aim to keep delivery times as short as possible for parts we have to produce.

These are based on the minimum quantity requirement for an order. Orders for lower quantities must therefore be revised to meet the minimum quantity requirement set by PROVERTHA.

Special prices are often available for large quantities.
We are here to answer all your enquiries.

We grant you 2% discount if you settle our invoices within 14 days. In all other cases the full invoice amount without discount must be paid at the latest within 30 days.

We reserve the right to make price corrections, especially due to material price or personell cost increases.
The PROVERTHA company cannot be made responsible for printing mistakes or other errors.
